At PrototypesParis, each piece is handmade and either unique (1/1) or crafted in very small quantities.

You have 14 days from delivery to request a return — only if the product is unworn, unused, and in its original condition.

To request a return, email us at contact@prototypesparis.com with your order number and photos if needed.

Return shipping costs are at the customer’s expense unless the mistake comes from us.

Custom-made or personalized items cannot be returned or refunded.
