PrototypesParis ships worldwide. Orders can be delivered to all regions, including the European Union and non-EU countries.

Carriers used

Shipments are handled by the following carriers, depending on the destination:

• Colissimo

• DHL

Processing and delivery times

 

Orders are processed and dispatched within 1 business day or less after payment confirmation.

Estimated delivery times (after dispatch):

• Metropolitan France: 1 to 2 business days

• European Union: 2 to 3 business days

• International: 5 to 9 business days

Shipping fees

 

Shipping is free for all orders, regardless of destination.

Order tracking

All orders include tracking, and the tracking number is automatically sent by email once the package is shipped.

No signature required

Packages are shipped without signature on delivery. Customers are responsible for ensuring safe receipt at the address provided.

Customs and import duties

For orders outside the European Union, customs duties, import taxes, or handling fees may apply upon arrival. These charges are the sole responsibility of the customer and vary according to the destination country’s regulations.
